Here's a step by step guide on how you can place your order through the system.

1. Log into the System

• Go to the system on your device
• Enter your login credentials
• Username: Your IC 
  Password: The last 6 digits of your phone
• Tap the "Login" button

 

2. Navigate to Product Page

• Go to "Products" section
• Browse through the available products

 

3. Select The Desired Products

• Tap on the products you wish to order
• Eg. If you are getting 6 boxes, select "Bundle Set of 6"
• Tap "Add to Cart" button
• A confirmation message will appear indicating the product has been added to cart

 

4. Review Cart & Check Out

• Navigate to your shopping cart by tapping on the cart icon
• Review the items in your cart to ensure they are correct

 

5. Proceed to Checkout

• Tap "Checkout" button to proceed with your order
• Fill in your shipping details, including your name, address, and contact information
• Select "Delivery"
• Tap "Continue to payment"

 

6. Select Payment Method

• Choose your preferred payment method (eg. credit card, debit card, Shopeepay, PayNow, etc)
• Enter your payment details as required

 

7. Place Your Order

• Tap "Place Order" button to finalise your purchase
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully placed

 

8. That's it!

• The order will be packed and delivered to the address indicated within 2 to 3 working days!
